Personally I'm the opposite. It looks like quite an open flat, so facing that side would probably give me a sense of coziness.

A couple of years ago I was at Spitalfields market and some guy was trying to flog this for £650!
Some idiots around that part of town will buy anything expensive if it seems the slightest bit retro or an antique, but £650 sounded ridiculous. I'd never seen anything like it, but the thing was incredible - you can see the separate speaker to the left of the lid.
Anyway, I passed on it but the item was so incredibly awesome that I've casually kept my eye on the auction websites in case others like it become available. Over the last 24 months I've seen about 20 come on to sale, but they've cost between £150 and £450 (for the immaculate ones). A couple of weeks ago I managed to pick one up for £195 despite a bidding war in the final 10 seconds, and it's in great condition (one owner). After a nightmare journey to pick it up a while back, which saw us break down on the M25 for two hours, I finally bought it home today and have spent all afternoon listening to it.
It's easily the best thing I've ever bought, makes the most incredible sound and is perfect for my old soul and blues records. Played a bit of punk on it and it doesn't quite have the same feeling but is still decent nonetheless for louder records. It's going to take pride of place in the new house.

Both are good and bad, but being able to just swap phones in store is handy, especially if you're mrk and break phones every other week.
He might not break them so much if he decided to use a case and screen protector like everyone else.

I lives in Ches Vegas for 9 years, That house is stunning, its name is 'Oakwell' if I remember, drove past it a fair few times, when I lived in Brampton.
Dore is a really nice place to live in Sheffield and the only area I would consider tbh.
