Ringtons Assam is the best Assam I have had to date and I have a lot of Assam It's also very price competitive given how much a box of Twinings go for!
Speaking of which, the recent re-release of Twinings golden Assam is deliciously malty. It's not up to Ringtons but it's certainly good!
I will try some chah ones but mostly these days I've just gone for the less faff brews in the afternoons so bagged my way through the day instead of loose leaf
