It's just called tapping. First time I seen it played that particular way (using the body of the guitar as a drum) was a Youtube video of Erik Mongrain called "air tap" (I think that was the songs name). Two handed tapping has been around forever. A lot of the math rock I listen to features it.

Edit: Video.

It looks a nice collection. DE shaving can be as cheap or expensive as you like. You can easily pick up 100 blades for <£10 making them unbelievably cheap.

I was reading an article regarding Gillette and how it was making around £15 profit for 0.50p spent on some of there products. The Gillette DE blades are dirt cheap as well which is quite ironic.

It's all about the long run - a DE shaver can last you nigh on a life time if you look after it and with around a £30 spend for a half decent one it's quite cheap. Though I am quite jealous of the haul above :)

Few more go faster parts, should be push 80 mph or more now. I'll spend the weekend testing and tuning.

They are more expensive, but in the long run.

Until you venture into the manly shaving thread and see people spending a fortune to "try" new soaps and whatnot, then the inevitable upgraded razors and badger hair brushes. Seems like it turns into a very expensive money saver in the long run for most folks.:p

I appreciate that it is a much cheaper way to shave after the initial investment, but for they guys on here that do it, it certainly seems much cheaper to stick with a Gillete Mach 7 Turbo X Ferrari Black Edition

DE is cheaper and a better shave. It's a no brainer. Obviously if you buy a £200 feather razor rather than a £30 Merkur, it's more expensive. But then you can get custom gillettes etc. too.

You can also buy a Palmolive shave stick for 50p, which has a great lather, lasts months, and costs a fraction of a tin of Gillette goo.

Even when buying a luxury shave soap and feather blades, de shaving is cheaper than the Gillette system, much more satisfying, and a much better shave with fewer ingrowing hairs. I can also now easily shave with my de as quickly as I could with my Mach III turbo (although the Mach III was far from awful).

How much extra power will you get?

I should expect to see between a 50HP to 60HP once it's all up and running. So that means it's going to be running at 300 HP+ now. So I'd expect to see 60 in under 3 seconds depending on condictions. Still not bad from a 1503cc engine. :D

Yes, I've got a Seadoo RXP-X 260. Once the supercharger is done later in the year it should be near a race ski pace, that's over 400 HP.

Nice :) I was thinking about buying one a while ago, although I was looking at some cheaper options, buy its one of those wishes. Even if I could find a decent "do up" deal, but dont really have much knoweldge of the workings.
