Z3, £300 from Vodafone store yesterday.

Two bayonets. Internet cookies for identifying the left one, major internet cookies for identifying the one on the right. :D

One on the right looks to have a German WW2 era scabbard. However I'm going to go Austrian Mauser bayonet?

The thing on the left...hmmm looks like a Hakim but the grip is wrong. Pommel and scabbard match though. - Second answer is Swedish Mauser type, M 1896!

The smaller one is called 'Imogen' and the larger one is a 'Nadia', in extra large. It's flipping enormous!

They're nice, but I'm not sure they're £3k nice!

You're paying for the quality. My parents bought a Multiyork 20+ years ago and it's still as comfy as ever. We'd have killed something from the normal sofa shops in about 5 years, this just shows a bit of light wear on the top of the arms. The Multiyork will get recovered when she's moved then it's good for another 20 years.

I went in to buy a Sony RX100 MKIII and ended up with this.

I looked at this and thought - that's a nice bridge camera so googled it --- How Much !!!!!!!!!!

Obviously not a bridge camera. - would like one all the same but to rich for my photo ability.

How much did that lot cost?

All 2nd hand but all in pretty much new condition. They've hardly been played.

For all 5 it was in the region of about £600. Would have been around £1100 new depending where you shopped.

All my current crashes have been damaged and repaired, and with studio time coming up I needed to bite the bullet and get some without any chunks taken out of them!

Correct on the left, close on the right. It's actually a Siamese Mauser. Well done. :)

You did well.
When I joined my current band in 2000 (that long ago) there were around 20 top cymbals up a corner in the studio that had all been smashed to pieces by the drummer in the band at the time.
I have never seen a drummer hit a drumkit so hard and every night there would be sawdust all around his kit from his sticks.

I got some bargains, no doubt about that!

I can't understand drummers hitting that hard. I've been told I hit hard, but not in a crazy, uncontrolled nutter-like way - you need to have technique too. I get you need to perform when you're on stage, but when you break things it's all a bit much for me.

Cracking little camera!

Still not fully worked out how to customise it fully though!
