Congrats. I hate the actual move though, all the packing etc.

Love Knipex tools, have some automatic wire strippers and super knips myself :)

Yeah Iv been putting up with cheap pliers for years so decided to get myself a linesman for the leverage etc. Iv my eye on the Knipex Cobolt and the 250mm Pliers Wrench

plus I came across a german company and managed to get the Knips at a much lower rate. The electricians pliers were half the cost in Germany than Ireland

What does The Wire look like on Blu-ray? Good enough to buy it over the DVD version? I've also heard that it's been cropped from 4:3 to 16:9 for the current trend of widescreen displays. Is this true and does it affect the image?

We didn't want to sit through the 4:3 and having seen those two articles decided that it was worth going for the new 16:9 transfer.

Cheers. It looks good. Perhaps if I'd seen The Wire on TV or DVD at 4:3 I'd hate the Blu-ray 16:9 version but I haven't so I think I'll go for the Blu-ray. Especially as the Blu-ray price isn't that much more (£8) than the DVD version. :)
