No. It's his choice. I dont see what's pathetic about it. When people die, they become part of history. Some people want souvenirs like this for posterity or a collection. It's his choice. Doesn't make him pathetic.

It's definitely cheaper. Bottles anywhere from $3-$10 and then cans are about $12 for six.
This of course depends if you drink craft beer which is expensive in the UK, obviously a crate of Stella would be cheaper
Probably £70-£90 overall. The corked one is about £20 alone in UK.

Just in the cases, wrapped in clothes. We pack everything into one case going with a big hold-all stuffed in for the return trip.
A trusty hand held digital scale ensures we don't exceed the 23KG per bag.
