I use Moldex Spark 7800, everything about them for me is spot on, I also have some EAR Earsoft FX which are very comfortable and easy to remove but not quite as good in my ears.

Let us know how you get on with them, may be a little write-up in the bike section!

The 3M in the little box are utterly useless. just throw them away

I just tried those and they felt like rough little pebbles in my ear compared to the rest! Awful!

The 3m top row fifth along are best by a mile for sound isolation, I use them all the time.

Yeah I've been using those for a few months. Only trouble I have is that they reform too quickly to get them in my ear after a few uses.

Mmmm! Memories of the 90s but they were in black. With the long folding tongue.

Trial pack of earplugs for my motorbike.

Left to right, top to bottom: 3M E.A.R, 3M 1100, 3M E.A.R. Classic (pillow pack), 3M E.A.R. Soft FX, Moldex Mellows 7600, Honeywell Howard Leight - Laser Lite, Moldex Pura-Fit 7700, Honeywell Howard Leight Bilsom 303L, Honeywell Max 1, Moldex Spark Plugs 7800, Honeywell Max Lite.

Amazon, couple of quid. So far I like the 3M EAR Soft FX a lot.

I've been using what looks like the Moldex Mellows as general earplugs (for sleeping in noisy hotels etc) for years ... got them off a friend of mine who rides motor bikes and bought a case of them direct (which worked out a lot cheaper than retail) and had loads more than he would ever need.
