The performance is not unreal, I have a Bose 2.1 set up on my desk and I still don't know why I've kept it this long. Could've bought an amp and speakers for a lot less which would do a better job.
You see I get on with the sound profile, however I have had to adjust the bass lower as they seem to like maximum bass.
However for £270 what would you have purchased for the following criteria:
Single Unit
Good sound (in my opinion)
Looks good to be sat on the side in the kitchen
Networkable
Multiroom (for when we add to the collection)
I think the only other option would be Sonos? I liked the Sonos however this won only down to the looks.
I agree that on some things for the money you can get much more than a BOSE, or pay less on seperates to get equal sound quality (like my home cinema system for example) but for the criteria I had it fit perfectly.

I had to forked out an extra £66 for a stick Transmitter as both my nitro RC trucks I bought are only available with the wheel type Transmitter included and I just couldn't get used to the wheel type last time I tried one..All my gear now is well old compared to the new stuff, and most people are running brushless these days, it's madness. I've still got a stick KO, no one seems to be using sticks anymore?
Tea infuser/dispenser/pot hybrid and a double walled glass mug. looking forward to the first brew. I think an Assam Supreme is worthy for the maiden voyage.

That's actually quite cool. 5* if there isn't a single drip from the bottom after you pour though.
New screen for my M6600 (pic doesn't do it justice).
Part of the good ladies birthday present. A Emerald and white gold ring to replace one she recently lost the stone for.
