Those are totally different examples. Dont get me wrong, i thought about getting one last gen, but went against it as its just unfair. Plus its not 100% safe. You're changing the way the game it mean't to be played, a mod. IF Sony found out, it could mean a straight ban.

New motherboard (arrived a couple days ago) and a new CPU (i7-4790K).

Reason I bought it? AMD chipset on the 990XA-UD3 was giving me nothing but hassle with Linux and networking. Tried everything. No joy. Got this installed, threw my live USB into the board, booted up connected to the net and here I am. Absolutely no hassle whatsoever. This is how Linux should be.

Except my self, i have a disabled right arm due to motorcycle accident and as such cannot use a console controller and so do not have consoles as i cant use them. It drives me absolutely nuts to see such great games and not be able to use them, this may just let me depending if i can set every button on a gaming mouse to exactly how i need it.

If you can't play with a pad then maybe it's best you just stay on a PC.
