Because it's not cheating. Is someone who uses a 3rd party pad with "turbo" buttons and features also cheating then? If you want to compete with other gamers then you need to up your game, not sit there like a chump with the default pad :p

How using this is no different to F1 teams being banned from using certain devices to make their cars go faster? From what I understand, they all want the cars to be equal as they can be.

Those third party pads with turbo buttons are also cheating and you can be banned for using them if detected. So your argument is invalid.

It's a game, not real life F1 where jobs, lives and livelihoods are put at risk!

I don't know of a single person who has been banned from using turbo buttons. I've known people to get banned from calling foul things out to the mothers of the opposing team though...

I know it's "just" a game but it doesn't change the fact you are giving yourself an unfair advantage over people. You don't care fair enough, but I think it sucks.

Turn up to a Street Fighter Championship or Call of Duty tournament with your Xim input device and see how far you get.

And with regards the wheel analogy, it's accepted (and licenced by Sony/MS) to be used for driving games (and acknowledged that the best times will more than likely be set with a wheel) these devices are not, I wonder why?

Yes

Giving yourself an advantage over others through third party peripherals is the complete opposite of upping your game.

Maybe you should refer to the time a cricketer used an aluminium cricket bat.

OMG those things are so nommy! Where did you get that huge haul from?

4 x 8gb - To be made bootable for installations of XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10.

How much were they? I have like 6 Kingston USB keys in 8GB and they're all silver metal. All with different linux distros on them. I have to plug in and hope. I tried adding different colours of the missus nail polish but it eventually comes off. Those would be very useful.

Got a 32gb Linx to replace my aging TF101 transformer, quite happy with the performance and price of £110 as they are doing £50 cashback for your old tablet. The carpet its on was also newly fitted today, hopefully it'll not be too hard to keep white!

Lol at the QQ it's cheating brigade. Grow up... Some of use hate using a controller and want to enjoy playing on a console. Get over it. If it is an unfair advantage all that says to me is that consoles are unnecessarily hobbled and more fool you for not doing something about it.

Thing is though, i wouldn't call a turbo pad a "cheat". It's an advantage, yes. But they still have to have some skill in aiming. Comparing that to a KB/M mod is totally different. Their is a difference between having an advantage and having an unfair advantage.

We should all remember when the best 360 COD clan played against a mediocre PC COD clan. The 360 boys got hammered! Thats why we dont have cross platform (FPS) gaming, because pc players would have...an unfair advantage.

But i'd prefer to play with a kb/m and would possibly use it myself if it was 100% safe. Took my about 2-3 weeks to have a half decent aim with a controller.

Also Glaucus, nice choco haul!
