Just finished buying the Christmas presents for our four year son, do you think he has enough?
The PS4 in the background was a present too - we gave it to him early.

No STAR WARS BB-8 Droid & an Ipad to control it....:(

A Philips PerfectDraft beer machine from Germany as they're hard to get and expensive here. Load it up with a 6 litre PerfectDraft keg, let it chill and you get some good stuff going on.

Need to buy a few more kegs though. They're pretty expensive to get here because they're all from other European countries but I regularly hop over to France and Belgium anyway so I'll just stock up next time. This keg of Jupiler I bought in Belgium last week was only €17, about £12 and I quite enjoy it. Most of them seem to be around the €20-25 ish mark over there so I'll buy a few next time :) Yes, bottles and cans can be had for cheaper but this tastes much nicer.

How much was the tap? Seems very gimicky to me, especially as you're very limited to the types of beer. I can't see how this tastes better, or is more economical than buying and pouring bottles of beer?

Yes.

Seriously, why do you feel the need to a) buy that much stuff for one child and then b) take the considerable time to present it in the way that you do, take a photo and post it here/wherever else?

I'm guessing you came from a poor background and are trying to fix that for your son, whilst bragging to friends and family about this grotesque and fake show of money.

I hope I'm wrong, and I hope that when he gets bored of all but one toy as all children do that they go to a charity shop or hospital.

Funny feeling this has hit the nail on the head. Fair enough spoil a kid, but its the presentation to the internet thats a tad strange.

Either that or buying presents to make up for something else.

Tbh I always just assumed he used his kid as an excuse to buy all the toys he really wants himself but could never justify to the world

I know it's what I'm gonna use my kids for, they're getting a lego death star and the super star destroyer for their first birthday.

That way by the time their old enough to ruin it I'll already be bored with it :p

They'll be the opening pics for a build log.

He makes amazing models.

Can't wait to see the chopper!

Except if you had read his posts you would see the PS4 is in fact an early present for his son.

I'm not sure why that winds people up though, I would love that opportunity if I was 4 now. I'm sure he isn't going to be doing 8 hour stints on it killing his brain cells :p

....because they can? :/

God, everybody gets offended! Surprised there isn't a petition.

Probably took him a minute tops to display them like that. Lighten up guys...

It is nearly as bad as the Trump uproar.

How sad that people can't even post things they've bought for their kids without being on the receiving end of the above sort of rubbish. Analysing someone's background and underlying motivations for wanting to splash out on their children? Unbelievable.

In terms of presentation, it's a good way to show everything in one shot. It's a good photo, which makes a nice change if anything.

Russinating are you for real?
in the grand scale of things what you see there is not that much. he has a few book's, play dough, some dinosaur things which one of is a lunch bag.. and some hotwheels things and Lego.. the only thing I don't agree with is giving him the ps4 early....
I wouldn't like you round here on xmas day for when my kids are getting there presents... my oldest is getting a ps4, and a dirt bike.

You are aware you're posting in a thread created purely as a "Look at me, look what I bought!" thread right?

Lets face it for the most part no one else cares what someone else bought but people like to show it off especially if it's something fancy/expensive.

How old is the oldest? Massively over what I got when I was a kid, but we were always modest with presents.
