168k yen, about £900, once shipping, taxes and fees are added on, closer to £1400. But compared to an 'equivalent' Gibson an absolute bargain.
Next step is to get some conduit to hide the cables
I got given a couple of bottles of that at christmas, quite surprised how nice it smells.
You mounted the wallmount and that TV straight to the plasterboard using just four of them bolts..
Was so simple to install, measure where the 4 holes need to go, use the supplied 18mm wood bit to drill into the plasterboard, fit and secure the spring clips and bolt on the plates. Fit the mounts to the back of the TV and then hang it.
And the finished result!

Glad it your TV and not mine.

Those spring toggles are okay... Although I'd personally prefer to install it at least on one stud.
I still would not feel it safe without it being screwed into the stud work.
If it's a stud wall then just get a pair of brush plates and drop the cables down inside the wall.

They don't weigh much these days and could, I suppose, only be a monitor.
Andi.

Guys, those toggles are rated for a very large mass, something like 20Kg per plug on 12mm plasterboard. They will be absolutely fine, they spread the force across a plenty large enough area.
If you're happy to tile on plasterboard, you should be happy to use these. People are obsessed with mounting on studs, but I'd trust these more than an average wood screw in your average timber. They're that solid.
Panels are so light now you can get away with just about anything when mounting.

Exactly.
It's fine. Just don't hang a plasma off it

I've got my old 40" LCD which is about 5 inches thick and a good 10/15KG+ hanging on a plasterboard wall with the same style toggles. Admittedly 6 of them. Still there 3 years later...
pfft, try a 42" 32kg plasma
and no, that is not hanging on a wall lol

lol - this adds nothing to the original point of hanging a TV on a plasterboard wall.
