A normal resting heart rate for adults ranges from 60 to 100 beats a minute.

Mine only gets that high if I've been exercising or had a crafty cigarette.

According to my s6, mine is currently 58bpm, sat on the sofa watching TV. It said the healthy range is 61 - 76.

I bought a pair of new balance shoes as I wanted something comfy, well they succeeded. They are one of the comfiest pairs of trainers I've ever owned. Only £45 too!
