You dont have a dropped pavement btw, worth mentioning is it all cleared with the council.

Read recently of a guy in London whose house has a bit of driveway owned by his neighbour who wants him to pay like 200k or he will ban him from crossing in his car, a big problem when he has nowhere to park

You guys worry me a little finding that information from a photo. :p

Yeah, got it cheaper than the initial guide price. As to the kerb, local council is useless round here, previous owners just chipped the kerb as you can see, will eventually get it done correctly! :)

Perks of living in Yorkshire! :)

You do realise that somebody can park there without you being able to do anything about it?
I saw that on the TV the other week where a woman kept parking in front of a blokes drive and nobody could take action because it was the bloke that was actually committing the offence for driving over a raised kerb.

You do realise that there is no offence of parking in front of a driveway or lowered kerb right? It's not illegal regardless of dropped kerb or not.
