There isn't anything wrong with a nice pair of brogues, I have several, however the weird blue parts on those aren't particularly nice imo. Out of interest why did you go for those rather than one of the more standard brogues that Loake do?

Because I think that blue makes them look classy.

If your gonna spend that kinda money on some top class shoes, then why not.

I like them. The blue will limit what you will want to wear them with, but nothing wrong with it. Brogues have often had a bit of other material worked in for decades. Better than a lot of the pointy clown shoes I see people wearing.

The blue takes what would be a classic shoe and makes it look like they just weren't finished, nothing classy about it unfortunately IMHO. They'd be beautiful plain.

Jesus wept at those Brogues. Its like a 30s pimp met a riverboat gambler.

|i always wondered who actually bought Tan shoes.

Bought first pair of trainers in probabally 5 or so years:

Not bad for £23.10 :D

If my Mam saw that she'd go spare. Apparently putting new shoes on a table is extremely unlucky (if you're the irrational, superstitious type).
