DAC/Amp combo with sub-out, should be better than the old Sony sub/amp thing I'm using at the moment:

Some new army issue goretex style waterproof trousers to try and avoid my soggy crotch issue with my current waterproofs when I'm on the bike.

which left? seeing as the numberplate has mirrored like the image has been flipped.. could that be a stock image you monster? :p

(congrats though :D )

Haha it's a render off the developers website :p

The house as it is at the moment is far less attractive given it doesn't even have a roof yet :(

On the left! Exchanged contracts today and everything is done. Only have an image off the developers site for now, just have to wait for it to be built now. I've been visiting every week to check progress and the roof is due on this week! It's flown by since we reserved in February but it all feels very real now a very large sum of money left my account yesterday :D

Very big garage is very exciting as it's going to become my home gym :D

I feel all grown up :p[/QUOTE]

NO STOCK PHOTOS, YOU MONSTER

If that had a headphone amp with a jack on the front as well, i would buy one.

Haha I'm sorry, I didn't realize that was a rule now, feel free to delete the pic if you like :)

:p not as nice as the render :p

Mid to late September is the window we have at the moment, they seem confident that we'll be in the earlier side of that and maybe even a tad early

which builder is it?

I'd post a picture of my new build, which we should be moving into next Friday if the mortgage lender pulls their finger out and sends the offer over today. Had a right faff with postcode being incorrect on the surveyors forms

Congrats mate :)

Yeah we had a few issues with post codes and issues with the land (we ended up losing 3ft off our garden from the original plans), but it didn't hold it up too long luckily and we got some compensation with money towards options so it was actually quite good

It's Taylor Wimpey by the way :)
