after a quick google, this is for feeding fish.

Correct sir.

I thought it was a tube for connecting bits of a hamster cage

 lol

I just throw my frozen cubes in and the fish pull them apart themselves.. Is that wrong?

Not wrong just another way of doing it, the trouble is i try and stop all the food that is going around the tank getting sucked into the overflow, yes i could and do knock off the filter from time to time, there is a good feed mode on one my return pump but it still manages to suck food down into my filter socks, i bought it for when i work away so the mrs can just put a few cubes in it without pressing buttons on my controller :)

I see - generally mine doesn't seem to get took into the filter. I have malawi, so the cube is lucky if it gets anywhere near defrosted before they've ate it! I just throw them in, they all swim to it attacking it and it comes apart. Then it all pretty much gets eaten

I personally didn't get on with the MX Master at all. Whereas I've been using the flagship logitech mice for years and not had an issue, the shape of the Master didn't agree with me at all.

Indeed it is...

Replacement for a MX1000 which stopped working properly after 7-years of reliable use.

I replaced G500 after 4 or 5 years.

What mouse is that ? Do you recommend it? I'm in a similar situation with needing to replace my MX1000 after many years!

It's Logitech MX Master, only had it few days but liking it so far. Not cheap though, never thought I'd spend that much on a mouse. :)
