Does anybody know any websites/dealers that sell new imported Ford Mustang GTs?

No, you can't buy them from Ford main dealers as its not an official UK car, hence why he is asking how to import them.

On the UK Ford website, there isnt a Mustang in their car range.

Might be easier to go used, buyers of new ones often find the car perhaps isn't for them, maybe you could use that to your advantage and get a better deal.

Have a look round anywhere that has an american airbase like lakenheath as there will almost certainly be a yank tank seller, flogging these new with the conversions already done.

Actually, at my local ford dealer, they had a Mustang imported. Its an official dealer too.

Just because a ford dealer has one on display doesn't mean they import them. My ford dealer has many non ford cars sitting in there lot and I doubt they have opened a multi-franchise. They are trade-ins.

I'm fairly sure if you go down to your local dealer you will find your journey a waste of time.

They can supply it RHD or LHD, with a full warrenty and deliver it anywhere in the UK. They even have the Saleen and do tuning parts, everything from suspension to superchargers.

any idea what they charge for the RHD converted models?

Yeah excellent idea, then ill go and see Jesus and see if he has any in stock at his garage.

@aztechnology - it looks to be ~£6500 (extra) looking at the Mustangs that are shown on this page

£32k RHD, £26k for a left hooker and £38k for the Saleen :cool:

Pick up a copy of American Car World and Custom Car from WH Smiths. These will have full page adverts and more from all the major importers. I think prices start at around 25k for a ready-to roll SVA'd car
