What a great little film this is !
very funny and sad at the same time don't know if it has a thread I did search
Just thought I'd mention it as it may slip under some peoples radar.

I thought this was a cracking film, dark, funny and Colin Farrell was better in this than anything hes done over the last couple of years. Defintely worth a look.

I agree, although I do like Farrell anyway I've heard quite a few people who don't usually like him say they actually liked him in this.

Ralph Fiennes was particularly good in it as well with his Ben Kingsley/Sexy Beast impression.

Was waiting for this to come out, saw the trailer back in March and then everything went quiet. Will definitely have to see this.

Was a very enjoyable film, Brendan Gleeson and Colin Farrell worked well together - Ralph Fiennes always brings back memories of Schindler's List ... he really did become his German character in my mind!

Watched this last night, and after a slow start it turned out to be very very funny.

It's odd how Colin Farrell is so much better when he's allowed to be Irish.

"That's for John Lennon you Yank ****!" :D

A lot better than I thought it would be and one of my favourite films of the year so far and some very funny moments as well.:)

You're a ****, your wifes a ****, and your kids are all ****s

Best film i've seen for a couple of years. Excellent.

An Uzi? I'm not from South Central Los Angeles. I didn't come here to shoot twenty black ten year olds in a drive-by. I want a normal gun for a normal person.:D
great film

Fantastic film, although from the trailer i was expecting a generic buddy-action-comedy! Some great one-liners (as posted) and i absolutely loved the open ending. Thoroughly recommended.
