Is a big old steak fillet around 16oz.
I have made a glaze consisting of:-
Butter warmed in a saucepan till its melted, added some freshly ground peppercorns, some garlic cloves and added a pinch on nutmeg.
I have brushed this over the top of the steak and put it in the oven to cook. I normally cook my steaks in my big wok, but I thought I would try oven cooking it for a change
I have cheated with the chips and grabbed some frozen one from the freezer as I didn't realise that we didn't have any potatoes in the cupboard.
Looking forward to this, I will give my feedback once tasted.
