How many are into indoor rowing? I've been on and off for a few years. Hurt my arm in early 2016 and stopped. Built it up lately and did the concept 2 holiday challenge.

Hoping to keep it up, maybe this thread can be a motivator. Post PB's etc... Challenge each other...

If you have a concept 2 log book, you can add people as training partners as well.

I did 200km over December for the holiday challenge. It was 7,500 or 10,000m a day. With two days off, as I missed a few days at the start. Was getting better throughout the month. But having the 10 odd days over Christmas off was a bad idea. Seems hard now again lol.

That 2000m time is amazing, I'd love to get under 7 minutes. It's a target to aim for. Going to do.a 2000m on Sunday and see where I am. Hoping to hold 1:55 at least.

I'll be doing a half marathon at some point.

Just managed a 18:47.5 for 5k. Chuffed I managed under 19 minutes. It's about 30 seconds off my best from earlier this month. Must not have tried hard enough as 30secs should be hard to find that quickly.

Must be able to shave some seconds off if holding back for the other reps.

I need to loose 15secs. I didnt chuck, so I could push harder. Not sure if I can push 15secs harder yet though. Need to hold 1:45 I think it is per 500m

PBd on my 5k test yesterday with 18:00.6 really annoyed about the .6 though.

Was the worst 18 minutes I've ever experienced. Thought I was going to pass out with about 800m to go

Nice! well done :D but yeah, that 0.6 grrr!!!

Just did 100m in 16.8sec and 500m in 1:32.6 really flagged at the end of the 500m, had nothing left for the last bit.

I did 5k of 500m hard 500m low the other day, so that's 5 and I averaged 1:47, some were lower than 1:45 but I pushed too low, 1:42, so burnt out.

I'll aim for all at 1:45

Was going good till the 5th and started to fail at the end. Heart rate going too high and body stopping working lol.
Still, its a good starting point. Its annoying that you have 1:45 on the screen, but in reality its a bit higher as you don't see the decimal point.
Whats does the r998 mean?

I was doing ok strapless until I almost fell off the back after 5 mins, lol.

So I strapped my feet in and carried on. I was producing more power with my feet strapped in because I will push with my legs as I'm not scared of falling off the back.

Guess its just practice.

I put the power graph up and I'm basically making a equal sided mountain. Sometimes I put the power down faster, but I don't know of that's right?

I've mainly been doing endurance for the concept 2 challenges, but now I want to work on my 2km and 5km time.
7.5/10km is boring all the time and I've let it slip over the last few days.
Need to get a new plan in asap.
