OPs house has burnt down in mysterious circumstances, crazy neighbour has offered to take him in as an act of kindness. She's not all that bad when you get to know her, as long as he behaves and makes little or no noise he is treated very well. If he's an extra good boy he's allowed to wear the gimp mask and receive a bloody good paddling.

He's going to be very happy, in the mental house, surrounded by cats.
