This is so strange considering it was black screening and artifacting

Fun times, could be they didn't test it long enough to experience any issues, could be something in your system, if you can, stress test a different gpu and see if it has any issues, might be a ram issue, I've had bad clocks lock up my pc until I re flash the BIOS.
Failing that just monitor your x2's, temps, clocks and voltages with either geforce experience, or MSI afterburner and then record it if it acts up.
I'm gonna guess you've tried the list of fixes like ddu'ing drivers and trying different driver revisions

I decided to register as we are now 8 months in waiting for this card. Was advised to check on here showing the last email at position 18, which I know means absolutely nothing, given the situation with the world/crypto and the potential of the next apocalypse. I assume that this is the place to find out the latest going on.

Inno3D, really disgusting the amount of gpu's they have sent to OCUK. I saw one miner with more cards than what Overclockers have received.

I'm still banned from their Facebook page for pointing this out.

My Inno3d 1080x4 just died, so I'm forced to use an rx560 to try and get some game time in.

Really sad that I can't afford to get a card from elsewhere. Scalped prices are so high, it's just not worth it. Gutted! Paid so much for this new rig and it's sitting here wasted.

Just incase anyone is interested a RX560 and 5950x is not a good combo, lol!
