Inno3D Discussion Thread

I would suggest you don't cancel and wait, for a few reasons.
I don't know which card you are waiting for, but since November prices have risen and the X3 is now £800 the X4 is £830 and the X2 £750. In the early days Nvidia gave manufacturers a $50 subsidy which you will lose if you cancel now.
You are 43 in the queue, which believe me could be a whole lot worse if you had ordered a different card, you are highly unlikely to be able to get a different one either here or from somewhere else unless you buy from a scalper.

My advice is don't quite now, send Inno some Emails asking what they are playing at sending so little to the UK, and asking what they intend to do about the situation might Gee them up a little.

I've been doing exactly that, making comments on all their facebook posts etc!

Hate to sour the waters here but 6 weeks in and im pretty sure my 3080 x3 is dying. Been extensively testing software and hardware on and off for a week and so far all signs lead to gpu fault. Left me unable to play games for longer than 15 mins at the most. Before anyone offers up advice, I am well versed in testing and fault finding and have a few more things to try before it goes for rma. Let's just say I'm not hopeful on the outcome and am expecting another long wait without a gpu. Or if there are more coming in soon possibly may mean I go to head of the queue unfortunately for you people who've been extremely patient.

I got one of the first x2's when they were shipped out and had to send it back for RMA, got bumped all the way to the back of the queue which was a massive kick in the teeth (currently 43), so probably don't hold your breath.

I just received an email fro OC telling me my 3080 ichill x4 has been shipped. I was 3rd in the queue.

What was the issue you had. Mine freezes with a black screen constantly and needs to be hard reset. Usually after about 15 - 30 mins of play and when I try n fast travel or enter a menu. I've just gone and undervolted the card and it appears that may have given me a temporary fix. I'm still to test this on my other setups yet though. Will update when I've checked more.

Is this correct? I've just refreshed the page for the
INNO3D GEFORCE RTX 3070 ICHILL X3
It was £539 (which was acceptable yet still a stupid price) but now its jumped to £639.WTH?

Hi,

I installed this today so thought some of you might be interested. It’s definitely a triple slot and it might be tight accessing the slot above it, depending what’s in there.

Drivers seem stable so far and this GPU keeps itself very cool. On Port Royal temperatures averaged around 54 degrees while the reference 6900 was 70 something. The 3070 is a MSI Ventus x2.

It looks and feels like it is built like a tank. I couldn’t hear the fans spinning inside my Phanteks P600s case with the front and top panels open. The Inno RGB software is simple to use and has the usual range of colour mods and the all important RGB off switch. As far as I can tell the fans do not have a 0 RPM mode and the Inno software has no option for this.

Edit: It does have 0 RPM mode below 30 degrees. GPUZ was giving a delayed reading on the fan RPM. I have also noticed the end fan blows air through the vent at the end of the card, similar to what the founders edition does.

Enjoy the pictures :)

Card locked up randomly in games either resulting in a simple CTD or sometimes requiring a reset, regardless of Clocks (I had down clocked it by 75MHz to no avail), Temps (never topped 67c), Drivers (including 456.55) or resolution (1080p and 4k), With the majority of other people happy with their purchase or silent about it, I can only assume I got a lemon.

I'm not particularly comfortable with changing voltages on my cards, clocks I can deal with but not voltage, I don't find it that unreasonable to assume a product that cost me over £650 should just work with minimal tinkering. I'd rather not risk breaking it further and just have it replaced, after all I'm lucky enough to still have my 1080 to game on.

I was 6th in line last Friday, but I will be getting it tomorrow!!
Just passed customs in LA today and is heading to Portland nowwww.

One hundred and forty one days I have waited for DHL to darken my doorstep.

I'm glad I was patient too. Price in USD when I purchased was $700.
It's now priced at $1112.

That's literally a 58.85% price increase over 4-5 months of non-existent stock.

I just hope I get play with it at least as long as they played us.

Right , I barely post anything but this current situation has driven me very angry!

I was previously stuck in the same bloody position for 5 weeks in a row, I have now waited half a year having ordered the very afternoon this damn card was released. I don’t blame overclockers in the majority - inno3d have been *extremely* disappointing. Not replying to their genuine Twitter messages asking about stock updates and instead posting some b.s about “have fun with your card” and “what game are you looking forward to?” - cut the crap!! It’s no longer “fun” - especially when most of your “buyers” have abused cards by putting them in mining rigs by the hundreds or scalped them. They couldn’t even write an update post in any semblance of English grammar back when there were talks about the poscap issue ...

Nvidia need blame as well - an utter paper launch and knowing full well they could never even attempt to dent any demand. It’s like releasing a product you full well know you can’t provide and will instead rake in profits playing people with a future pipe dream.

does anyone else feel like me ? This is disastrous ...

You're not alone. Today is 145 days since "launch" and people are still being told that it could be April, another 60 days or so.
This doesn't even feel legal.
How can you release a product and before the first 50 people get that product, you increase price by +50%, release hydro option$, and then release the 2nd upgraded generation 2 quarters later.

How has this not become a legal issue yet? I know jack about the legal parameters this falls within, but I'd think some firms would be getting bigger and bigger chubbies the longer this goes on until someone eventually pops.

Really wish they would deliver more stock to OC. 20 3080x4 since launch is a total joke.

I've owned 780, 980 and 1080 by Inno3D, this will be the last card/product I buy from them.

So update on my faulty 3080 x3. Was sent back for RMA about 3 weeks ago and went directly to inno3d. Had notification today that a replacement would be sent. Will be sent as soon as possible subject to stock availability. Fun times. Anyone else had to rma? Am I at the back of the queue again?
