Yea funny that, there is sugar in all fruit.

I personally love all of them, I really like the yogurt one with vanilla and honey, yum.

You get what you pay for.

For the amount of fruit you get in them they're pretty good value IMO.

Tesco has them at £2 each at the minute as well IIRC.

£1.75 at the Cafe in Norwich Forum, and you get a glass, ice, and a place to sit (including sofas!)

Here here to the person who said good value in a boots meal deal! definately my first choice for lunch when I'm in the city.

We buy cartons here, we used to make them ourselves but we found the price is hardly any different (if not cheaper if i remember) plus its a bit of a hassle to clean the juicer everytime (as it gets quite messy)

The reason they are not as healthy as eating the fruit, is because smoothie-ing (at home or in Innnocent drinks) or juicing breaks down the sugars in fruit into glucose (a bad sugar), as opposed to your body which breaks it down into fructose iirc.

Someone I know went to their office and they have a banana phone amongst various other fun shapes, a fake grass chill-out area and bean bags for people to relax on. I think their attitude comes over very well in their ads.

Fructose is AWESOME as you don't get sugar rush (hence sugar downs)

Yeah I do, i find they're brilliant for hangovers with a dash of vodka added.
I drink it before gigs or anything high energy, keeps me going.

As expensive as any other smoothies imo, just as good as anything from a smoothie bar too.

Made my own tonight but they just didn't cut it so it's back to the Innocent
