A disgustingly hot bath is good, relaxes you so much I get light headed when i get out.
yep milk has a substance that helps sleeping, i use to do that too around 30min before going to bed i'd do a hot milk with a bit of honey(yummy) then read my book for a few mins then usually sleep well. I must say tho that it doesn't always work.
I have problems to sleep sometimes as well i searched a little bit the net to see "tips", the most important thing i would say is not to be too hard on it, if you always keep thinking, "ergh i cant sleep" you actually wont sleep
I also read that creating some sort of "ritual" before going to bed helps a lot. Like for me drinking a hot milk, then reading a little bit in bed, so your body knows "Ahh it's soon time to sleep!" Also going to sleep at the same time everyday helps apparently!
I hope this helps, dont get too worried about it tho because it gets worse then, just try to be really relaxed when going to bed and not nervous about it because you gamed 10min before or watched a violent movie! Don't know if i'm really clear but i tried![]()
