I have just built my first ever gaming pc from scratch and all is working perfectly. I have installed windows 10 and have a SSD drive and a Seagate HDD. Both are there because I can see them in my BIOS but I can NOT see the Seagate HDD in Windows 10? I can see the SDD though (as drive C) How do I get to view and use the Seagate hdd drive?

Right click the start button>disk management. If it's already formatted as NTFS, just right click and add a drive letter

If the space is unallocated, you'll need to create a partition and format it.

I was just logging back in to comment to say I have figured it out now! ha ha. Many thanks for your help anyway.
