Installing a SSD.

A SATA cable,
SATA power connector from PSU, (or molex to sata converter)
possibly a 3.5"/5.25" to 2.5" driver converter if your case doesn't have 2.5" mountings?

Where does the psu cable plug into? Looking inside my tower now and there aren't any slots in the psu for anything to connect into.

The EVO is a better drive, b ut if you don't want to spend £15 more and instead would rather save a little money then the Toshiba SSD HDTS212EZSTA is a solid drive.

If you are coming from a HDD and this is your first taste of SSD heaven then almost any SSD is a large improvement over a mechanical drive:)

Oh no, I'm not going from HDD to SSD, I'm wanting to run an SSD alongside my HDD for the games that run like ass on mechanical. I don't mind the £15, so I'll go with the EVO.

Now my phone has finally decided it's got enough charge to use the camera:

Sorry about the quality, phone still doesn't have enough juice to use it's flash so having to use night mode LOL no idea what any of the cables are here, and there are no slots on the case for anything even remotely like this

What is the make and model of the PSU? then it will be simple to look at the manufacture website and see if the PSU does have any SATA power connectors.

It's a OCZ ZS Series 650W '80 Plus Bronze' Power Supply, but I've got the flash working now and found this:

I think you fellas at OcUK stuffed the PSU based cables down the side of the HDD + disc rack thingy when you built it :p so I imagine the goods are behind that little metal wall?

Not sure if it'll support two though, as my HDD probably already uses it?

Okay, I've taken the other side of my tower off (totally didn't know I could do that) and found this:

Think we're getting somewhere, no idea what to do though. :p
