Installing and saving to HDD

Hi all

For some reason ive selected to save Steam on my M.2 and now when i download games and try to save them to my HardDrive it says unable to do this... Is this because i have steam on M.2, If so can i move it to the HDD or do i have to uninstall it and reinstall in on the HDD

You can specify Library folders in Steam > Settings > Downloads > Click on Steam Library Folders > Add Library Folder > Choose your location and save...
