A company near me does plastic weld ... might ask them if I bump into them over weekend
Engine casings are not made of plastic. Are we sure we're all talking about the same thing? I'm not totally sure how you crack a rocker cover at random to be honest.

Good, if they do try and charge you for something minor like that im sure it would be in your interest to move companies anyway.
With all of my mods declared on my mazda it just pushed my excess up to £250, that's for the roll bar, suspension, intake, exhaust and polly bushing. The perineum for the year is only £97 on that too.
