Can someone please send me this file, intel 2CV102HA v1.4 firmware.

I just like to have the ability to reinstall the previous firmware

You are aware that this firmware was withdrawn because of "bricking" drives?

If you have 02HD, which fixed this problem with the installer, I can't see why you'd want to revert to 02HA and risk that.

Yea i just read about that tonight, my drive came with 02HA as well.

Wasn't going to use it right now, i just wanted it just in case i ever did want to... Did it brick every drive?

I don't think you can roll back the firmware anyway. The update simply says you have the latest firmware installed.

Hi There,

Well at least you were able to update yours - cant even flash mine as the CD keeps hanging at freedos and nothing else - it just sits there. Perhaps I should try removing or disconecting all my other drives and only have the new ones plus dvd drive connected?

Any ideas anybody - I have downloaded and burned the update tool 3 times but still same result.
