I keep coming across this situation again and again. Might be worth deploying DNS blacklisting and IDS systems if you can.
 
Ha - you can just picture the scene:

Intel CEO: "We need some antivirus, can someone buy McAfee?"

A few hours later...

"Done"

"Great, what version?"

"Version...?"
