• Competitor rules

Please remember that any mention of competitors, hinting at competitors or offering to provide details of competitors will result in an account suspension. The full rules can be found under the 'Terms and Rules' link in the bottom right corner of your screen. Just don't mention competitors in any way, shape or form and you'll be OK.

Intel to Cut Prices of its Desktop Processors by 15% in Response to Ryzen 3000

check the rules for forum goers here. Appreciate you're likely just posting for the MM access but... still (we don't mention competitors directly). ;)

As I said above - I've been a member for nearly 11 years; I know the rules (PM'd link would have sufficed.) ;)

Still, as I said right at the beginning: I'll only be convinced by the prices I actually see on launch day from retailers. Not long to go now, so no bother.

Appreciate you're likely just posting for the MM access but...

Based on how long I've been here, my post-rate would give me MM access in about the year 2029 - so no, that's not a prority for me. :D

The first AMD GPU after they bought ATI was the HD 4870, that or its successors the HD 5870, HD 6970, HD 7970, R9 290X, Fury-X, Polaris/Vega/Navi are bad GPU's, not one of them.

ATI was in the dumps before AMD bought them.
I thought the HD 3870 was the first GPU from AMD? It fixed a lot of the problems that plagued the 2900 XT or whatever it was called, the chip has far smaller and used a fraction of the power and AMD kept to that philosophy of producing small efficient chips until they switched the ISA and the uArch to GCN in late 2011.

regarding not mentioning competitors rule. I wish to buy a new monitor at OcUK and will want to sell off one of my current monitors. Is there a part of this forum where we can try and find buyers or are people allowed to suggest to me where I can sell second hand stuff?

Read the rules and look for a section on the members market.

thanks Vince.

I had read the rules before but found it under board usage. Unfortunately I wont be able to participate for quite a while in the members market.

Yea a serious amount of posting would be required. Just good to know that such a thing does exist, the community is also excellent in the MM.

Its a little different to the standard Gaming X, i like the Monochromatic look of it and yet spoiled be all the lights.

RGB around the Black side of the fan, the MSI Dragon on the top is RGB and the Shield in the Backplate is also RGB.

There are no PMs on this site, just trust.

As a fellow long time lurker and infrequent poster, can I ask what MM access is!?

Members Market, where you can buy and sell used items. You need a 1000 posts I think, check the rules as the may be a time component too. Been a long time since I looked at it and I think it changed at least once
