I have more questions.

Current config:

250 boot drive
2*320 storage drives

Options:

Sell both 320s and buy 2 750s

.......................................

Sell one 320, buy 1TB and buy another one when I can afford it

.......................................

Keep both 320s and buy MyBook 1TB USB2.0

Any other ideas?

I'm honestly stumped. I'm leaning towards just replacing 1 320 drive, even though I know the 1TB drives are quite expensive. DAMN!

I recently purchased a MyBook WE 2TB for £355 ie the cost of two bare 1TB drives.
The network interface is slow @ ~6MB/s compared to what I get from my USB box @ ~30MB/s. I have more confidence in the MyBook than my USB box, since I have lost data before through USB write failures.

However the MyBook WE does prevent sharing of certain media files over the internet, but that doesn't bother me. I don't think this restriction applies to the USB and FW versions though.

I've also thought of another option...just upgrade my case rather than keep chopping and changing hard drives.

You might end up like me then with 15 HDs spread over two PCs and a USB box.
The 2TB MyBook I've just purchased will replace 8 HDs and I have another 750GB USB drive arriving soon to replace another 4 drives.

The problem I have it my V1000B+ only has room for three drives (had to remove 1 drive bay to fit my enermax galaxy in).

So I may just put the hard drives on hold and buy a Silverstone TJ09 - so I can just add the drives without ****ing around.
