International matches 6th-10th **Spoilers**

Problem with Johnson is his defending. Looked great tonight because he was free to do what he does best which is attack but against someone who will run at him, no thanks.

Do Liverpool need a RM still?
He'd do a good job there, he can go inside and out and cross a ball that's for sure:)

Easy win tbh, nice to see them playing the full 90 minutes though and keep racking the goals up. Thought Young was pretty pony, got into the right positions and was being picked out by Beckham fantastically, poor product though - but 1st cap and all, probably trying a bit too hard.

7 games, 7 wins, 26 scored, 4 conceded.

Nope, no improvement over McClown at all :p

Who cares about all these painters and decorators etc... they keep playing, stick em up against a proper team and see if they get 6, which they will, against em :p

Interesting facht. At the same age as Rooney, Alan Shearer had only played a handful of games and scored 2 goals. Rooney has 52 appearances, 24 goals. He's in good shape for reaching 50 goals as long as he avoids injury during the big competitions.

We have produced far worse results against a similar caliber of teams in the past so I'm glad the lads went out there and played a game of football rather than assuming that they will win by virtue of turning up.

We have seen already we are not in the same league as Spain, but I'd say we are making progress, at least we are gelling better as a team and demonstrating a bit more professionalism. I think Capello is laying the foundations for a team that will show a bit more tenacity when in the WC finals. Can we win the WC? no. Can we get to the final? with a bit of luck, yes.
