Not too mention you will probably have to explain to all these people how to setup their MSN/AIM/ICQ/Yahoo etc... in 3rd party open source apps.
Then there is the complete opposite. Someone who knows what they are doing with Linux comes in and does some nasty business you cant figure out...
Depends what you are planning to offer I guess. If its purely web browsing then its fine.

Have you ever used Pidgin or Kopete? You type in your User ID and password and they work just like the MSN client. There's no problem.
This applies to Windows as well.
Linux is designed to be a multi user network operating system. If Macs are 'the choice' for Media / graphic design, then Linux is 'the 'choice' for administering and running an internet cafe. IMO.
