I guess you could call him a retard as long as you don't mean it derogatory. Just like him using **** in a 'non racist way'.

You really don't know what trolling is do you? Also, read the above post, it's a very similar situation and I'm pretty sure you wouldn't like being called a retard because of your conditions, regardless of how I claimed to mean it.

Sure it means that they might not care when offending people and lack empathy but thats usually by accident.

Someone using the internet to find out about autism, then using it in an argument without actually having the condition or having the qualifications to do so legitimately is just as bad as self diagnosis.
