Would be worth a lot more if he DCA'd in fact £87K sounds far too low even if he didn't.

Get yourself on the list for a GT3/GT4 and flip it.

50K if you secure a GT3 and flip it, 25K if you secure a GT4 and flip it....probably.

I know someone who does this for every new porsche 911 release. Makes a killing on it.

Buy a cheap flat in an OK area (depending on where you live). Rent that bad boy out for as long as you can to provide a small, but continious additional income. Save that income, or invest it periodically across different streams (ISA/PremBonds/stocks etc). But also put some aside for a rainy day fund, both for the rental property (future renovations) but your own needs too.

5 years is a good time frame for holding Bitcoin if you can handle the swings. Next halving around spring 2024.

That's lower than inflation though. It's a 100% chance of loss.

There is a 100% immediate loss of buying power. There is a 0% chance of loss of capital. Important to note the difference as they are two very different things.
