I'm bored of the scenes of mark and eve talking. It's hard to explain, but as soon as it's just them on screen it just turns into a teen angst/romance.

Is this how it went in the comics?
Maybe they cant afford Simmons for every episode?
Why are we looking at the heros who left to do their own thing?, none of that seems to be going anywhere.
Worst episode yet, the "bad guy" was moronic, the entire episode was poorly written and made no sense for the characters.
Guy loses sister/niece, goes out of his way to "get revenge" while heavily risking his wife and child, the wife acting like a mentally ill lunatic who didn't give a damn about the safety of said child or long term wellbeing of her husband. It feels like something written by a cultist that has no connection to reality, I could have gotten behind it if they were in an actual cult but they were presented as a mourning guy with a wife and child. I've not read the source material, surely it isn't that poorly put together? Awful episode where the "interesting bits" were garbage coupled with the usual dodgy teen drama/romance stuff.
I'm giving this one more and I'm done, the entire show has devolved into an awful CW-esque teen drama.

I am enjoying the show but i do agree the last episode was a tad disappointing. They used the old Batman Vs Superman storyline which has been done to death. Very mediocre indeed. Aaron Paul a bit wasted as PowerPlex.

It's just frustrating at this point, when it's good it's really good but it currently feels like 70% of the show is now written by some random tumblr fan-fiction addict they found in the basement.
Everything is dragged out, there's far too much teen drama/romance, the quality of the last episode even for the action/core story elements was utterly horrendous imo. I'm really getting to the point of waiting for it to be finished and then looking up which episodes are worth watching, I can skim the synopsis on wikipedia for the rest. It's the sort of thing I haven't done outside of some long running anime's I used to watch many moons ago, where they'd have multiple story arcs which were entirely filler.
