Ok, so I now want to design my own invoices and delivery notes for my business. I use Sage Instant Accounts V12 for the invoicing and it's quite functional, however I haven't a clue about how to create custom invoices and delivery notes. I want to change the default layouts and add my own logo and online resources seem hard to come by.

I'm hoping somebody has experience in this and can give me a bit of direction in what I need to be doing.

thanks in advance,

Con

FAO any Don, I double checked with Scuzi that this would be ok in GD.

I make a fair few Sage Invoices at work, we use Quark for ours. We just alter a template that we've made, but we're an actual printers, so it's a bit different to your situation :D

Would you be making blank invoices to print out and then to print on to? Or would you be making a design to keep on the computer, and then print out with the invoice info all at once? I don't really know how Sage works for the home market, all I really know is what the forms look like, we print them for companies to use so it's in bulk and usually on NCR paper.

I might be able to get you some PDFs of blank Sage invoices though, if you have the programs to edit them?

I would prefer to print the ivoices on the fly so to speak, logo included, however what you suggest with printing onto headed paper may be a good idea. I've been playing about with it for a bit so I'm getting used to how to use it, but it's taking a while! :)

I don't mean printing on to headed notepaper, I mean we print the entire invoice, then the firms put a pile of them in the printer and then print onto them.

I was wondering if Sage can print the entire thing onto a blank sheet of paper - i.e the invoice template and that individual invoice, which is what I gather you're after
