IOS Emulator?

Are there any tools available that will allow you to emulate IOS and IOS Apps within a Windows environment?
Do any of the Apple Developer tools do this?

We have rolled out iPhones to most of our staff and getting lots of 'how do I..' questions.
I was hoping to be able to create some video tutorials if I can have an emulator.

Alternatively, is there any way to capture input direct on an iPhone to then share?
