Likewise, they just have "too much" going on with touchwiz now and going by the USA gs 3, poor optimisation with the snapdragon chipset wouldn't help matters (software optimisation is everything!
), as to if they will fix/improve it, no idea.
Also, I read on XDA that apparently samsung haven't fully implemented "project butter" properly, something regarding the triple buffer iirc. will post link when I find it, it would explain why people sometimes complain about micro lag/stutter on the galaxy devices, although I can't say I ever found it a "problem" on a friend's GS 3....

Personally I think the GS 4 might come across as a bit complicated to new users (compared to stock android and sense V5) due to there being so much to touchwiz and the disjointed feel wouldn't help at all imo

S3 doesn't even have jelly bean triple buffering on JB nor system locked onto 60 FPS
