I think i'm going get the 4 on contract on Orange... combo breaker? :p

They're 3G coverage looks excellent and i'm sick to death of O2's where I live.

o2 as I'm a current customer, can't be bothered with the hassle of changing networks and they've never been a problem for me.

Decided to stay loyal to o2 with the Simplicity 20 tariff I'm on. Despite the fact their 3G performance is complete pants, it turns out that a few friends get free o2 to o2 calls so that would be affected if I jumped ship and I still get unlimited data...slow data but still not capped :)

o2 because I'm with them already. Cheaper buyout for me made it possible to pay it off with what o2 recycle gave me for my phone. New tariffs are crap but they all are. I won't hit 500mb data anyway.

Probably going two year on this one, rationale being the one year cycle. I won't be able to get the next one without spending a substantial amount of money buying out and whatnot, so I may as well go two year, at least then it will end at about the right time.

I'm going to stick with 02 - the unlimited data is valuable to me.

I think their customer service is pretty good - apart from when I go in the shops asking for a password or some info on my Tarrif and all they do is tell me to ring customer services for everything I ask.

If I wanted to do that I wouldve rang them in the 1st place!!!

Customer service on o2 - phone, pretty good. Shops, terrible.

I agree with this - I've spoken on the phone to their support and it's pretty good - go into a shop and you're going to speak to morons. :(

Probably T-Mobile for me because of 3G coverage.

T-Mobile - 5 Bars
O2 - 0 goes to GRPS
Vodafone - 2-3 Bars
Orange - 3-4 Bars

I have to agree. The phone support team are always very knowledgeable and i hardly have to wait on hold until someone answers. However in the local shops its a different story, they're not very well informed at all. My local city stores like Wolverhampton and Birmingham do seem better though.
