I do marvel at the wonders of technology - I saved the tracking number as note on my phone and I can now click on it and it takes me to the UPS page with the tracking info!

Mine is coming via UK Mail, at least they generally show up during the day here, the UPS guy must have me down last as he never gets here before 5pm.

Wish they used DPD though, then I would call them up and pay extra for pre 9am :p

Decided to cancel my 16gb order just because I know I will struggle with so little space....I guess Im now going to be waiting an eternity for the 64gb model.

I know the costs of the phones are eye watering but to me paying the extra £80 for 64GB seems like the best option because over the space of 2 years £80 is nothing and takes the space worries out the equation.

Relax, they re-use tracking numbers.

It will update once the parcel is collected and in the system for delivery :)

Oh really? that's ok then. Wonder if it will arrive tomorrow then. I ordered it at about 8.30am on Friday 12th :)

With in store reservationsi presume we just need to say our name? The bumf at the bottom of the email seems to be about getting it on contract. They don't need to know my address and bank details for SIM free...

Well the 32gb iPhone 5 launched at £599 and the 64gb was £699, 5s was £629 and £709 respectively so it's not too bad really compared to previous models.

I know what you're saying but at least they're pretty accurate for delivering in the alloted time.

I'd rather be anxiously looking at the tracking page, than the crap shoot that is "any time between 8 - 5pm".

On a side note, have you ever seen inside the courier vans on launch day? They're floor to ceiling iPhone boxes :D

Hahah, yeah was only partially kidding *pause while refreshing UK Mail just in case* DPD tracking is pretty awesome, was a nice surprise when Amazon Prime used it recently rather than usual "Random dude from Croydon in an Enterprise van". Last one drove via the rough area of town before getting to me so would be worried about him with a van full of iPhones :o.

When and what did you order? I place my order around 5:30 PM Monday and mine has dispatched to store for Friday pick up. Think all 6+ slate grey orders were 2-3 weeks apart from 16Gb, i picked a silver 64Gb 6+ as that still showed Fridays date.

I ordered the grey 6 plus 64gb at 10am it was showing as delivery on the 19th then .

So my order I cancelled with O2 needs to go through a "Cancellation period" in order for me to upgrade again. GOD DAMN

Anyone else ordered a 6 for delivery tomorrow and now wondering if You should have got the 6+?

Jb

I originally wanted the 6+, then changed my mind to a 6, and now changed my mind back to 6+ after reading some reviews. Battery life improvements, nicer screen, and I will probably get used to the size quickly.

Think I'm the other way round, maybe the 6+ I've ordered will be a tad large!

Having said that, think I'm going to use it for a couple of weeks and make my mind up then. Apple's returns policy is pretty risk free :)
