Do it through iTunes, if I remember rightly you don't need the extra space on your phone.

I forgot about iTunes option, I'm that used to doing it OTA :]

I just deleted all my music then put it back on after the update. Takes about an extra minute

No music on mine whatsoever to remove and put back :]

I'll do it via iTunes later on, need to make some calls later and can't risk it taking a while and not being able to make them :]

A new report from BGR claims, however, that those looking for an iPhone 6 Plus are likely to be disappointed, as the units are in extremely short supply.

We are told that stores have been receiving shipments all throughout the day, and out of all the new iPhone 6 models received, typically only about 2-3% are iPhone 6 Plus units, and in only one color.

There is “no chance” of finding an iPhone 6 Plus unit to purchase tomorrow, we were told. Sources also said there are no 16GB iPhone 6 Plus devices to be found.

The report notes that stores are seeing decent supplies of iPhone 6 units, with all colors and capacities available, but much like with the gold iPhone 5s last year, it appears that only a handful of customers at the very front of store lines will be able to purchase an iPhone 6 Plus at many locations.

O2 have just sent me a text saying my phone will be here tomorrow, delivered by UK Mail. Opted for the 128GB version on O2.

Yeah should be fine as the ipad isn't using the 4G connection, its only connecting to the iphones wifi hotspot.

To me no, but I dont own an ipad so I've never tethered it. I would assume its just as easy as a laptop to iphone tether, if so then why bother.

Am I correct in saying the 3G ipads need their own sim and contract? So its bound to work out more than a single contract and tether. Although maybe annoying to tether each time its needed.

Yeah they would do. I'll compare prices when the updates iPads are announced next month.

I just had a quick search and the ipad air wifi only doesnt have gps capability. I would assume the next gen ones would be the same.

Idk if lacking gps on the ipad would sway your decision.

Ordered a 6plus fairly early on, three called tonight to tell me that my delivery is now in 2 weeks time. Also said they had less then 1,000 16gb 6plus in each colour for launch say, no idea if true however

How do Apple check your reservation for pick up at the store? I have a spare reservation for an iPhone 6 64GB Grey at Covent garden and am happy to "give" it to someone if you can actually do that.

I reserved one at 6 then realised I couldn't pick it up so reserved one for earlier!

(Presume it's ok with mods as I'm not asking for something in return).
