It was annoying me too on my 5. Having used an Apple keyboard since release, I can type quicker than the thing could predict so it seemed pointless having it.bit slower on the 6 now though!

OK I'm going nuts. Since the dawn of mobile phone time, they have 3 states. Ring, Vibrate, Silent. This thing only seems to have Ring/Vibrate? If I want silent I have to turn on 'silent' (really vibrate) then go into settings->sound->disable vibrate on silent.

Also why can I 'google' in Safari, but not with Spotlight?

I've just done the website thing but it says 48 hours for a courier to contact me and if I keep it over the weekend I'll end up convincing myself to keep it and I don't even own a printer to print the damn label. Something tells me they'd be grateful to receive one to sell.

Yes, you can return it with 14 days.

Probably Monday, if you know where your depot is you could pop down there and pick it up later on tonight. See what time they close and go 30mins before with ID and they will usually give it you as the driver is usually back by then

That's a very good point to be honest. I have a iPad Air and I use that all the time when I am at home and don't bother with my 5S. The 6+ would still not get a look in at home as the iPad just does the job better.

The 6 will be better for my needs, plus also this time next year I will be selling the 6 and I think it will appeal more to the wider audience.

I think the 6+ is a niche product which could make it harder to sell second hand in the future.

You cant put an ipad in your pocket! Or can you? 6+ a niche product? Maybe in the same way a king size chocolate bar is1

When I went at 8 they turned away a guy with a slot at 10am, I would wait till 5:30pm before going.

You can use Do Not Disturb and you can google from Spotlight.

EDIT: Obviously misunderstood the second part, it uses Bing.

I'm sending my 6+ back. Too big for my liking and sticks out my pockets quite abit.

Does anyone know whether Three will alter their contracts?

Reason being, i want to put £300 down on the phone and have a cheaper monthly contract. I usually sell my previous phone and put the cash down on the new one. If i was going to go for a 6 it would be 128GB and that's coming out at £50 a month...

Is there anyway to allow Do Not Disturb to still light the screen? Otherwise I don't know when I've got a message etc. sat on my desk, but can't have it on vibrate as it's quite loud and annoying to others in the office etc.

Shame they won't add a notification LED like most android sets, solves this nicely.
