Spent 40 mins trying with Chrome and Opera then thought might as well try with Microsoft Explorer and it worked straight away! 128 GB Gold now ordered.

Phoned up EE, the cheapest they are offering is £46.99 a month + UFC with 2GB of data. Will wait for release day and go in-store for something less each month.
