I almost went for a plus due to obvious benefits, but then I thought for the majority of cases the 4.7 is more than enough and a good size for doing everything I would use it for.

Just got my order confirmation (that it's being processed) email now, ordered at about 8:08 this morning...
128GB Space Grey 6s Plus.
Thinking to get a Saddle Brown leather case too, but will need to see it in person. Black leather case is a bit boring.

A friend at work has it and would recommend it. I had a play on his and although it did make it appear slightly bulkier, it made no impact whatsoever of how far your fingers have to stretch. I'm a complete tard when it comes to cratching phones with keys and coins, so if your as much of an idiot that I am it's worth a punt I'd say.

Yep pretty much but I like to turn up ten minutes before. The reservations system still shows lots of stores with available phones which is great
I take it, as there is the usual queue of people waiting to get one on launch day, if you've pre-ordered you can pretty much just walk in?
Just a word of warning to people buying cases that are intended for the iPhone 6 or Plus...
You need to remember the dimensions are slightly different for the 'S' version, so you may not actually be able to fit the phone in your existing case, or one you've just bought depending on the type of case it is.

There is still a queueing system for those with reservations which is separate from the queue for those who turn up on the day without one.
How does that work then? You should arrive and join the queue at your allotted time (little bit before anyway) and you'll get registered that you're in the queue. Or do you have to aim to get there much earlier to try and be served in store at your allotted time?
I've never done a product launch like this, so I have no idea.

Looks like I am the the only one so far ordering a iPhone 6s+ - Gold: 128gb.
Ordered via the iPad app as soon as it went live around 8:07am for me. Had the email five minutes later.
Had silver iPhone since the 4S, the gold looks very different in person than in photos. Love it on my Air 2 so hopefully the colour is very close.
Order is now processing, will probably be stuck on that for 2 weeks. Wonder why they changed from there usual shipping a week later to two weeks.
