Took it into a o2 store today, few dodgy questions but I gave convincing answers for all of them.

Should get it back within 5-7 working days apparently. Just seen the quite frankly ridiculous prices these are commanding on eBay, so I think that's where this one shall be going.

Mind if I ask what sort of questions you were asked, and how you answered them? Just the gist, obviously! I've often wondered what I'd say if I had to return mine to the O2 shop, and I've since bought one for a family member, so now I'm 'responsible' for two!

I just LOVE the phone, and i am not sure i want to get a contract phone when the new iphone comes out.

Usually I'd jump at the chance to make some easy money but I just can't think of a phone I'd rather have at the moment. Even when the updated version is out I doubt I'll feel the need to change for a long time. I'll wait 'til the battery craps out I guess...

I'm jealous of you guys I sold a brand new N82 2 weeks ago and I've been using a Nokia 3120 to tide me over.............it's shocking.......no camera no nothing

Still will make the iPhone v2 seem OMG soooooo nice once I get hold of it!!!!

Whats supposidly going to be different in version 2?
I'm happy with mine, make/receive calls and texts, as well as using the WiFi and iPod its all I want/need.
Plus I wanted one when they first came out but I didn't want to spend £269!
