iq test

137, which seems average for these sort of things.. always get over 132 :) I don't think these tests are that good though to be honest. While I am a logical person and excel at work in certain areas, I get owned in some things by team-mates who aren't academic at all :)

:o

while having my sister yibbering and an MSN convo going.

i found my dad got 158 and joined mensa for two years (when he was younger)

I just can be bothered wasting 10mins of my life again. I was about 120 last one that i did, was better when i was younger....only down from here on in. :(

If you want something a bit tougher, download the powerprep software from the Graduate Records Examination webby (down under test preparation materials) and do the verbal+quantitative parts of either of the two practice tests. If you're wondering, the GRE is just a test people in the US have to take before embarking on postgraduate study.

Once you're done, grab their 'guide to the use of scores' pdf and see how you did (page 13 of the document tells you roughly what percentile you'd be in).

I got 106, I kinda failed on the questions where you had to fill in the correct sayings, never heard of a few of them! :p

Still not half bad. :D

just did the mensa fun test thingy, 20/30, and could have a high chance of passing the *official* mensa test thing :o

but it takes an hour and i can't be arsed to send off for it, time myself, send it back, and go and do it under exam conditions
